Green Alert -- Federation Space, performing quick re-supply
The year is 2386. The Dominion War is long over, and peace once again has a hold on the Quadrant. Starfleet turns it's focus to Exploration, Discovery, and Diplomacy. Obsidian Fleet's lastest ship, the USS Calypso, assigned to Task Group 21-B. Under the Command of her newest Captain, Lt. Commander Susan Markova, the ship heads up Starfleet's Mission in Grid Reference Gamma-271.
History behind Calypso
For those of you who do not know your greek mythology Calyspo was the daughter of the titan Atlas. Her name in ancient greek was Atlantis. She was punished by Zeus for siding with the Titans in the war against the greek pantheon and was sent to live by herself on an island.
She would eventually have two children to Odysseus before Athena intervened and petitioned Zeus to send him home.

Hello crew!!!
As some of you may noticed, we'll be doing a Joint Mission with the USS Galahad.
As such, a few things I want to make note of.
While n this mission, any post that incoludes both Calypso and Galahad personnel should be posted on both ships. They have an account on here, and I will be contacting you shortly with the information on how to log into the Galahad site.
For the mission plot, please two the two posts "Starfleet Calling" and "Staff Briefing." The Calypso shall be having a Staff Briefing post shortly.
Any questions, please contact either myself, or the CO. Thank you.

One of these days, you will be getting a call from sickbay. It's time for your physical. I'm just warning you. Make sure you are there. I would hate to call Lieutenant Rial Morganth on you. If you want to do your physical before I call you then start a JP.

Hey Folks.
I've been chatting to the CO.
We'll be changing the mission somewhat, as people seem to have vanished. The objective will be changing, and we'll be meeting up with the USS Galahad, TG21-C, for this. All PC's here will have a temp account on the Galahad for their character, and vice versa.
More information will come to you tomorrow, right now it's 1am and my brain is fried. Talk soon.

Okay.
It sounds like some people are a little confused what's going on in the mission.
You don't need to sneak off the ship folks. Basically, it's a working Shore-leave type of thing. You wanna go down to the planet? File a request with the XO, and go. As long as it has a purpose, there is no issue.
Now how about we all get back here and start posting again, like in the good ol' days? huh?
There's a good crew.
